Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit. You get up to 3 projects, 10 folders, 500 tasks, and one template, with all the core planning views. Upgrade only when you want more room or Pro features.
How do I pay?
On iPhone and iPad, through the App Store (Apple Pay or card). On Android, through Google Play (Google Pay or card). On the web, through a secure checkout at a flat $5 USD per month or $50 USD per year — your bank handles the local currency conversion. You start the upgrade from inside the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or from Settings → Subscription in the app for web purchases. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop back to Free, your existing content stays put, you just can't create new items beyond the free limits until you're under them again or upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. For web subscriptions, email us within 14 days of the charge. See the Terms of Service for the details.
